Prerequisites: None
TWC employees must take this training every two years. You will learn ethics laws and related TWC policies and guidelines.
Each course module has a brief introduction with information on the TWC ethics policy. Scenarios are based on real examples or situations that have occurred at TWC or another state agency. Training topics include:
- Standards of conduct as a TWC employee.
- Conflicts of interest.
- Ethical dilemmas.
