Prerequisites: None
All Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) Vocational Rehabilitation Division (VRD) employees, including new hires and existing staff, who use ReHabWorks (RHW) as part of their job duties must take this training. After completing this course, you will have a basic understanding of:
- How RHW supports your work with VRD;
- RHW Security and Confidentiality requirements;
- How and when to use RHW Training, Production, and Reports environments;
- Finding TxROCS (Texas Review, Oversight, and Coaching) within RHW;
- RHW color themes, Time-outs, Phases, and Case Movement, and
- RHW Support Resources.
Audience: All TWC Vocational Rehabilitation Division (VRD) staff who use the ReHabWorks system.
